Shawn Smashnuk - President

Shawn leads the team at Net Dimensions and is a co-founding member of the company. Before venturing out to start a new business, he developed his personal knowledge and expertise to become Information Technology Manager at the Focus Corporation Ltd. Starting out as the sole member responsible for technology and its development as a corporate tool, he oversaw the growth of the group into a full scale multi-faceted technology division. His accomplishments throughout this aggressive diversification and expansion of Focus provided him with the insight and ability to meet information technology needs of organizations both small and large. He also had the opportunity to work with client companies from within Focus, which exposed him to a void in the market that Net Dimensions now seeks to fill.

Tony Martinez - Director of Sales

Tony brings a versatile and diverse skill set to Net Dimensions. With over 10 years of international experience in technology and management, Tony will look to increase Net Dimensions market presence and work with partners and clients to promote its unique services and products. Tony is a veteran of Professional Services and the Technology industry, having both served as Director of IT and holding positions in Sales and Marketing Management for publicly-traded organizations in the United States and Canada. Tony is a graduate of the University of Alberta with majors in Economics and Science.

Niek Jongerius - Director of Network Services

Niek leads the Network Services team at Net Dimensions. Born and raised in the Netherlands, he was manager of training and support for a major software and hardware distributor. Niek holds a University degree in Computer Science, and has many high-level certifications in several fields of information technology. With over 20 years of experience working with leading edge technologies, Niek is now dedicated to working with customers of Net Dimensions to ensure they get the best possible IT infrastructure that fits their business needs.

Bob Spiller - Director

Bob is the active President of Pioneer Professional Services Group. As co-founder of Net Dimensions, Bob lends his extensive experience in business along with the corporate resources of Pioneer to assist in launching the new venture. Before Pioneer partnered with Shawn Smashnuk to form Net Dimensions Inc., he could see large enterprises doing extraordinary things with technological innovation. However, when he began to explore the market for solutions that fit Pioneer's business, he found there were few options available. By transforming this problem into an opportunity, he gained the interest of experienced people who could provide the services Pioneer needed and form the backbone of key personnel needed to launch a successful business.
